This policy explains acceptable use, proof standards, disputes, and enforcement on TaskPay.
Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Core Principles
- Honesty: Submit only real proof for tasks you genuinely completed.
- Clarity: Employers must provide clear proof rules and fair instructions.
- Respect: No harassment, threats, hate, or abusive content.
- Safety: No illegal tasks or content that violates third-party rights.
2. Proof & Submission Rules
- Proof must match the specific task instructions and be readable/clear.
- Reused/cropped/misleading screenshots or copied links intended to deceive are prohibited.
- If a task requires unique identifiers (username/order number/receipt), submit the correct one for your completion.
3. Employer Responsibilities
- Tasks must not be illegal, exploitative, or deceptive.
- Approval decisions should follow the posted proof rules.
- Do not move users off-platform for payment or demand sensitive personal data not required for the task.
4. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Activity
- Account farming, automation abuse, or bots used to submit tasks.
- Impersonation, stolen identities, or false payment details.
- Spamming employers or workers, including repeated low-quality submissions.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security mechanisms.
5. Disputes
Disputes should be resolved by referencing task instructions and the submitted proof. The platform may review disputes to protect users and platform integrity.
6. Enforcement
We may take actions including warnings, temporary restrictions, task removals, wallet holds, withdrawal limitations, or account suspension/termination for policy violations or fraud risk.
- Warnings: for minor first-time violations.
- Restrictions: limited access to posting/working/withdrawing when risk is detected.
- Suspension/termination: for repeated abuse, fraud, or severe violations.
