Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for Employers and Workers using TaskPay. If you still need help, email support@taskpay.ng.

For Workers

How do I start earning?

Create an account, browse available tasks, read the proof requirements carefully, complete the task, and submit proof. Once approved, earnings reflect in your wallet.

What counts as valid proof?

Proof depends on the task. Common examples: screenshots, links, text confirmations, or forms. Always follow the employer’s stated proof rules — incomplete or unrelated proof can be rejected.

How fast is approval?

Approval time depends on the employer’s review flow. Some tasks may allow auto-approval after a set period, others require manual review.

How do withdrawals work?

Once your wallet has available funds, you can request a withdrawal to your linked payout method (e.g., bank transfer), subject to platform rules, verification, and anti-fraud checks.

Why was my submission rejected?

Common reasons: proof doesn’t match instructions, missing screenshots/links, low-quality evidence, or the task wasn’t completed as required. Review the task rules and resubmit if allowed.

For Employers

How do I post an effective task?

Write step-by-step instructions, define proof clearly (what to submit + examples), set a fair price, and include rules like “one submission per worker” if needed.

How do I prevent spam submissions?

Use strict proof rules, require unique identifiers (where appropriate), and reject obvious spam quickly. Report repeated abuse so the platform can take action.

Can I approve in bulk?

If your dashboard supports it, you can approve multiple submissions at once. Where available, auto-approval can also be configured per task.

What if there’s a dispute?

Disputes should reference task instructions and proof rules. Keep communication respectful and evidence-based. The platform may intervene if needed.
