- Task activity: tasks posted/completed, submissions, proof content (text/links/screenshots), approvals, disputes.
- Wallet & payout data: transaction history, wallet balances, payout requests, and verification checks (as applicable).
- Device/usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app events, cookies, log files (for security and analytics).
- Support communications: messages you send to support and related metadata.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the platform (accounts, tasks, submissions, approvals, wallet).
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms and User Policy.
- To process payouts and reconcile transactions (including compliance checks where required).
- To improve product features, safety tooling, and user experience.
- To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support requests.
3. Sharing of Information

8. Account Deletion & Data Deletion (App Store / Play Store)
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@taskpay.ng from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting to prevent unauthorized requests.
- Some records may be retained where required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
- After deletion, you may lose access to wallet history and task records.
9. Children’s Privacy
TaskPay is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
