Delete your account
You can request deletion of your TaskPay account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@taskpay.ng from your registered email.
- Use subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include: your name + registered email/phone and a short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What gets deleted / what may be retained
- We will delete or de-identify personal data where feasible.
- Some records may be retained where required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
- After deletion, you may lose access to wallet history and task records.
